ARTH Major Qi Liu receives the 2024 Stallybrass Prize in the History of Material Texts for her senior thesis, “Female Piety and Power: The Appearance of Noli me tangere in Ottonian Manuscripts,” Advised by Prof. Shira Brisman.

This prize is awarded to the best essays in the study of material texts, one by an undergraduate and one by a graduate student, judged by Lynne Farrington (Kislak Center) and Whitney Trettien (English).
